Outrageous Headline
Yahoo ran this headline on their front page this morning.
Selective outrage. Notice Ford spent that money over a full year. And, most importantly, it was Ford's money! Yet when Obama spent over $300,000 in a couple of hours for the Air Force One/NYC photo op, no such headline from Yahoo. Obama spent our money, not his money. What did the Press do? Tell us it was everybody's fault but Obama's. No mention of "outrageous executive" spending. Obama wants national health care. Trillions in spending. Outrageous? Obama wants free college for all. Billions in spending. Outrageous? Obama wants bank and car company bailouts. With who's money? When will people realize that Obama has no money? It's your money and my money. Yet we have no say about how it's spent because Obama "wants". And gets with little opposition. Sounds like a dictatorship.
To Obama it's Monopoly money. Outrageous spending, no direct impact on his personal life. Except to make him loved and popular. Give me access to somebody else's billions and I can be Santa Claus, too. Is the Press, is America really this dumbed down?

Outrageous executive perks
A Ford exec spent $517,560 in one year to commute from his Florida home to Detroit.
