It's not Presidents Day!

I wish people would stop saying it's presidents day. The official Federal holiday is Washington's Birthday. It was never changed to generic presidents day. About a dozen states changed it within state, but the official Fed holiday is Washington's Birthday. I say this because calling it presidents day is another attempt at whitewashing our history, making George Washington just another guy, nothing special. Washington is special and the holiday ought to be referred to by its correct name so that kids learn about him and are reminded to honor him as the beloved Father of our great nation.
