The Senate had just passed the SB5 limitations on collective bargaining when some Democrat Reps took to the stage at a union rally inside the Statehouse. Robert F. Hagan (D-60) addressed the raucous union crowd. His message directed to GOP Reps (and thereby taxpayers) was delivered with the utmost civility. Did I say civility? Just kidding.
