Did Santorum question Obama's Christian Values?

Columbus, Ohio. February 18, 2012.

It would seem not. Yet some MSM news outlets are in a frenzy claiming that Rick Santorum questioned Obama's Christian values. The AP printed it like this:
Santorum, a former Pennsylvania senator known for his social conservative views, said Obama's agenda is based on "some phony theology. Not a theology based on the Bible. A different theology."
And the Washington Post had this:
Obama believes in a “phony ideology — not a theology based on the Bible,” Santorum said, according to Steve Peoples of the Associated Press. [later corrected to "phony theology."]
Below is a video of the remarks in context. They were in reference to Obama's political ideology as it relates to global warming and Obama's deliberate attempt to send our energy prices skyrocketing, alluding to Liberalism being the theology behind it, which is not a theology of the Bible. It was more of a compare and contrast which, to the MSM, isn't quite as exciting as charging Santorum with attacking Obama's Christian values.
